What to do in case of Damaged /Defective Products
If an item ordered by you on RM Publication is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at sales@rmpublication.in for a replacement. We will guide you about refunding the book to us for a replacement.
What to do If I want to return a product that I have ordered??
To provide you with a worry-free shopping experience on www.rmpublication.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can also call us and notify us of your returning an item.

How will the Money be refunded in case of product(s) is returned??
Once we receive your package with the product in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
