What do I do if I receive a defective/damaged item from rmpublication.in?

We at rmpublication.in always have you in mind, so we strive to ensure that our products reach you in their original condition. Still, if an item ordered by you on rmpublication.in is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at sales@rmpublication.in ASAP. We will guide you on how to refund the book to us for a replacement.

How can I return a product ordered from rmpublication.in?

To provide you a worry-free shopping experience on rmpublication.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. How and when will I get my refund?
