Identify the item you want to cancel.
Provide the order id to our customer care via phone or e-mail.
Customer care will assist you to cancel the order.
Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
What’s the time duration in which I can cancel my order?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Once we processed (shipped) your order, then cancellation is not supported.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at sales@rmpublication.in..
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team and your payment will be transferred in your account within 7-10 working days.
